Leah and Fabian wanted to have a true New Orleans wedding so they chose the courtyard in Broussard’s, and had to have a second line! Fabian and Leah currently live in Australia (where Fabian is originally from) and have friends and family all over the globe. Knowing that all of their loved ones are scattered from New York to New Zealand, they decided to have a destination wedding in New Orleans, because no matter where they said their nuptials, it was going to be a destination for someone! The city holds a very special place in their heart because New Orleans is where they got engaged, and they wanted everyone to feel the magic that this city holds. I don’t think there can be any better place to say “I do” than the place where you said “yes!”
We love loved Leah’s J. Crew Dress and her bouquet by Poppy and Mint was the perfect complement! All of the groomsmen wore navy suits, and all of the bridesmaids wore different dresses in shades of blue and green. Everyone looked amazing second lining through the streets, and I have to say they drew one of the biggest crowds on Bourbon I have ever seen. The reception was very laid back and low key, and everyone had a wonderful time. We wish these two the very best on their journey in life together, wherever it may lead them.
