New Orleans Wedding – Lauren and Max

Next up we want to show off Max and Lauren’s New Orleans wedding on the blog. We loved the energy these guys brought on their wedding day. Max works in the music industry and he had some surprises up his sleeve that we weren’t expecting. These two got married in simple ceremony inside of a small church just on the outskirts of the French Quarter followed by a second-line parade to Latrobe’s on Royal. We totally dug Lauren and Matt’s sense of style and attitude. Lauren’s dress was insane, her feather tassels or whatever they’re called was one of the most unique dresses we’ve seen. At the reception we got to see a private first song concert by the one and only Rex Orange County. It was also wild seeing G Easy in the crowd as a guest and close friend of the couple. Both guys who were totally nice and very approachable. If you’re fans, know that they’re cool in real life, so pick up more of their music and support both of them. We also want to talk about Lauren’s father. At the time during his toast, I got teared up. And I don’t do that. He’s speech to his daughter and her new husband was the most heartfelt and emotional toasts I’ve ever heard at a wedding. It was so impactful. At the time I was unaware that her father was sick. He’s since passed away since their wedding and we can’t imagine the hole that was left in their hearts. Our condolences and our sympathies go out to Lauren, Max, and their families. We love you both and wish that your lives are blessed 100 fold, because you’re good people, and you deserve it!!✌️
